SHIPPING

All Garments & Accessories:
All our products are ready-made and usually dispatched within 3–4 working days from the date of order confirmation.

In certain cases where a product is custom-made on request, additional processing time may be required. Delivery timelines for such orders will be communicated accordingly.

RETURNS

We offer a return policy applicable across all garment categories.

Returns are accepted only for ready-made products. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

If any products that are custom-made or tailored to order are not eligible for returns or refunds.

EXCHANGE

All ready-made garments and accessories are eligible for exchange within 15 days of delivery. Exchanges can be made for a different size or another product.

The product must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and all accompanying items. The return shipping address will be shared upon request via email.

We will try to facilitate a smooth exchange process and minimize additional shipping costs wherever possible.

Custom-made or made-to-order products are strictly not eligible for exchange.

COD (Cash on Delivery)

Cash on Delivery is available across Pan India on all eligible orders. There is no minimum order value required to avail COD.

Our team may contact you after placing the order in case of any verification or delivery-related concerns.
